The brief
Red magazine — a popular British women’s magazine — had no web presence. The brief was to create an online version of Red magazine.
The solution
Red Online is the digital incarnation of the women’s lifestyle magazine Red. Aimed at busy women looking for convenient access to high-quality online content, it features information and inspiration from the worlds of fashion, beauty, food, interiors, travel and more.
The online experience of the magazine was created working as a small team with the Digital Editorial Director and Editor. Central to the concept were usefulness, simplicity, and style – it was essential that the design added value to the user's busy life, was simple to navigate, and looked beautiful. In every aspect, it had to express ‘the best things in life’.
