Andina Cookbook

Martin Morales is the founder of Ceviché Family (Ceviché and Andina restaurants in London, UK) and an award-winning chef, restaurateur and cookbook author. His second cookbook, Andina: The Heart of Peruvian Food, features recipes and stories from the Peruvian Andes.

The bowls and plates used in the Andina cookbook were made from naturally grey stoneware and a pink-tinted porcelain/crank mix. A clear gloss glaze contrasts the rough texture of the clays. The colours and finish of the vessels create a perfect canvas for the vibrant dishes they hold.
