BT - SIMs for all the family
The brief
BT sought to develop a proposition for families that offered a discount for multiple SIMs in one household, being paid for from one account. This offer was a first in the UK market. The solution needed to turn a complex decision-making process into an easy-to-use online experience for their customers.
The solution
Strategy work identified an opportunity space for the proposition and two concepts—‘Integrated’ and ‘Siloed’—were sketched in detail, prototyped and tested with BT customers. The findings then informed the development of a solution which allowed customers to explore the benefits of purchasing multiple SIMs through a single account and to purchase these online.
