the brief

Hobbs is a globally recognised fashion label synonymous with the best of British design. Having recently revamped their brand, they wanted to align the site with their new identity. An upgrade of key areas was also needed to provide customers with a simple and clear shopping experience. For the business, it needed to promote sales and drive conversion.

the solution

The focus of the refresh was clarity and ease. The header and footer, homepage, product listing pages, and product detail pages were updated with a cleaner, more contemporary look and feel that allowed the imagery and products to take centre stage.

The home page was completely redesigned to accommodate more content, offering customers greater opportunities for engagement. The new, modular framework created flexibility in the layout and allowed for variety from week to week. Clear labelling of shopping and inspiring content provided customers with easy-to-follow links.

Tactical refinements were made to the user interface of the other key pages to simplify the customers' shopping experience.
