Hobbs is a globally recognised fashion label synonymous with with the best of British design. Having recently revamped their brand, the brief was to bring the site in line with their new identity. An upgrade of key areas was needed to provide customers with a simple and clear shopping experience. For the business, it needed to promote sales and drive conversion.
The focus of the refresh was clarity and ease. The header and footer, home page, product listing pages, and product detail pages were updated with a cleaner, more contemporary look and feel that allowed the imagery and products to take centre stage.
The home page was completely redesigned to accommodate more content, offering customers greater opportunities for engagement. The new, modular framework created flexibility for the layout, and allowed for variety from week to week. Clear labelling of shopping and inspiring content provided customers with easy-to-follow links.
Tactical refinements were made to the user interface of the other key pages to simplify the customers' shopping experience.
